This Starbucks inspired DIY kit looks and smells so scrumptious and delicious!  We have a extra chunky perlite base that is super bubbly.  Decorate yourself with caramel sauce slime, whipped cream sculpture, frappe charm, and a Starbucks logo cookie.  Mixed together you get the most bubbly, fizzy, airy and puffy texture!  It also inflates a ton! Deliciously scented like caramel cream filled cookies.  YUM!!  (notes of caramel, crunchy cookies and cream)
